Let's see 4.7% of 450mt (1999) is 21mt, under 700,000
ounces. If we are going to see a 10% drop in world
production, we are going to need a 20%+ drop in RSA.

*IF* -4.7% is all RSA can do, world production may
only end up down 2% for 2000, 2518mt vs. 2569 in 1999.
I was expecting 2500mt, so maybe I understated my
"near record production" case <g>
