Hi Gary, the Nasd since Jan 24-25 has just had that look that it's looking to pull in valuations, and Fred made that very valid point of the PMCS slowdown, not being company specific. we've seen that happen for months now, were the bullish case is that a company's slowdown is company specific, as contrasted with the notion that the whole tech economy has slowed down. Now a company like PMCS may have been so gloomy in their disclosure that when the AMCC's etc also warn/acknowledge their slowdowns, then PMCS will be at a nadir in price?? some FED officials have said this week that they expect economic expansion in the second half of the year. so it will be interesting. JDSU is looking interesting with this merger coming together. John
