Banks are tightning lending, as Loan demand declines dramaticly. If nobody wants to loan it, or borrow it what does it matter how much it cost? Naz Implosion had litlle to do with interest rates, and more to do with Liquidity and speculation.

What has occurred in the NAZ over the last four months is the result of interest rate hikes. >>>>>>

baloney

and decreased the present value of cash flow (earnings)>>>

double baloney,

tech stocks trade on hope dreams, emotions and "new valuemetrics", they have nothing to do with a balance sheet -lol-

the people who want to blame interest rates are traders/investors who want to blame greenie for there own greed and unwillingness to recognize the madness at the top of the boom and sell.
