The Board of Directors of Consolidated Gold Win Ventures, Inc. is pleased to announce that CGW prepares to commercialize technology in application specific areas through its subsidiary, GoldWeb Technologies, Inc., and announces Joint Venture Partner, Mindtronics Corporation, Inc. (MT) of Salt Lake City, Utah. Mindtronics is also affiliated with TriStar Ventures, LLC of Salt Lake City, Utah, which is a Joint Venture Partner of CGW. MT has a line of nine products ready to go to market that CGW will make available to their joint venture firm's client base world wide. MT has developed a new generation of wireless access mobile miniature multimedia computers utilizing a next generation B2 chip utilizing a compression format that allows for 38 frames/second video, high resolution still image transmission, and high quality sound generation for video conferencing, distance learning, and many other related multimedia production and delivery applications. A "killer application" of MT's technologies will be their deployment for web casting of full motion video, high quality sound for delivery of television and FM quality radio advertising for e-commerce applications on the Internet worldwide. They also developed the world's fastest file server search and retrieval software for high-speed data transmission, web page access, video-on-demand, video conferencing applications. MT's interactive networked multimedia Z-Player is "Z" only media player that can integrate every multimedia feature imaginable from A to Z for globe wide deployment. It can utilize all software operating systems and platforms. The modular construction of these wireless mobile miniature multimedia computers allows for easy upgrading when desired. MT's Impera digital data base search and retrieval management system is Superior to the world leader Oracle's SQL product, and is already being used on nearly 70,000 computers by various agencies in the German Government. This technology is a full range database, application server, client server running under UNIX/Linux. It can support 10,000 concurrent users. It is compatible with any of the world's 140 operating platforms. It serves as a real time text base intra/internet search engine. This Impera technology can instantly locate 100% of the web sites worldwide on the Internet in comparison to a Yahoo search engine that presently may locate only about 15% of the sites on 0.07 seconds. The amount of staff needed to manage a search engine utilizing the Impera software is one person compared to over a thousand employees to do the continual daily indexing required by the other search engine systems commonly in use around the world. Impera provides a scalable database that can be changed or redirected instantly. It provides full-page text retrieval within 0.07 second from a database size of 500 gigabytes with full concurrent load. It can be accessed from Palm Pilot, Apple, IBM or any computer type devise worldwide, or the new MT Z-Player. MT also has already for deployment a line of Net Pulse thin client touch screen ultra small computers in many different configurations that can be networked, and equipped with modern, wireless Ethernet, and GSM mobile phone operation features. MT also has a line of Pro-Touch handheld touch screen units that can be used in wide variety of applications like medical image & records retrieval, security I.D. at point of entry, fire directional location service, law enforcement, financial fraud prevention, asset inventory, and any type of visual or text recall. MT has an Ultra Cam Internet-Intranet-LAN full motion network camera that can provide remote camera viewing from anywhere in the world that uses standard Internet or private network connections. Linkage to the cameras can be made via satellite, network, Internet, and direct connection methods. Movement sensing can trigger an alarm to start the video recording. The viewer can move cameras remotely from anywhere on he globe. 16 cameras can be viewed simultaneously on one screen in a remote environment. It can store video stream for use later or sent to another location while video is being acquired. It can also be integrated for facial scanning from photo database for security applications. MT's Vivid Video Compression (VVC) technology offers real time compression using a direct connection method to deliver "Real Network" quality from a stored or real time source. It provides full frame transmission utilizing the full 38 frames per second if needed. Receiving the video is as simple as having a MPEG2 player with no special viewer software needed. Unlimited concurrent users can be connected at one time. VVC provides remote telecast with minimum equipment anywhere in the world. Global real time video Netcasting is now cost-effective reality. MT also has the Sounds Great (SG) audio compression technology, which has the most full range sound compression system on the market. This advanced streaming compression method uses the most sophisticated and accurate algorithm ever created that does not turn up the treble and bass like most other sound compression systems work. SC can use PCM as its source for best quality audio reproduction. A compressed source can be Netcast with a 1 second delay to the Internet or Intranet. The listener uses a standard MP3 player to listen to the Netcast content. Unlimited concurrent users can connect at one time over the Internet using 33,800 modems receiving sound at FM Stereo type of quality. MT's Infinite Eye Imaging (IEI) technology provides high quality still image compression at 100:1 without color degradation. It surpasses JPEG quality even after 70:1 compression ratio. It is platform independent. This feature enables the software developer the ability to implement use of the decoder under any hardware or software condition or usage. Netscape and Internet Explorer plug-ins are available. IEI provides instant zooming. Real time encoding at the source from video-feed, makes possible instantaneous distribution via Internet or Intranet for Web-casting. Mindtronics has also developed a unique Nano Time Sync (NTS) network synchronization hardware for reducing to a minimum the latency that occurs between all computer and telecommunications networks when they are interconnected. This is especially so in overseas markets like China and elsewhere. NTS synchronizes time for networks that use PCs up to Crays to sub millisecond accuracy within one nanosecond. It can be used with LAN, Wan and Internet configurations. NTS provides real-time provisioning in large networks. The transmission is unicast and broadcast in multicast modes. It also provides for worldwide telephone network synchronization. Its most important benefit is creating "cleaner" time signals over a network, which increases file transfer efficiency, thus increasing significantly the real capacity for data transmission of any network's fixed bandwidth.
