Lane, I've watched CEGE for quite some time myself. I think one of the reasons it trades heavy is because the upside potential of it's own pipeline is suspect. There seems to be some questions about the commercial viability of it's lead product, GVAX, a cancer vaccine. Also, there is speculation that it will use some of its cash to acquire a pipeline due to the shortcomings of its own. I think it's even more of a trading vehicle than an investment vehicle than other biotechs.
