yes, ACPW had a nice reversal, but the recommendation was only to say that the new shares might not put as much pressure on the stock as they thought. Looking at the company, ACPW appears to have weak fundamentals and growth, and thus the prospects appear dim for further appreciation. There have been an abundance of insider sales already, upwards of 275,000 since November, plus many hundreds of thousands waiting in the wings: insiderscores.com >>Upgrading intermediate term opinion from Accumulate to Buy. Shares have been weak ahead of today's lockup expiration--about 25 million of roughly 40 million shares are coming off. While we do expect some selling from early-stage investors, we don't think there will be huge blocks of stock coming to the market.>> Not exactly overwhelming confidence there......
