yes, ACPW had a nice reversal, but the recommendation was only to say that the new shares might not put as much pressure on the stock as they thought. Looking at the company, ACPW appears to have weak fundamentals and growth, and thus the prospects appear dim for further appreciation. There have been an abundance of insider sales already, upwards of 275,000 since November, plus many hundreds of thousands waiting in the wings:

Gorgeous. A classic reversal candle yesterday on climactic volume, lockup (and analysts) be damned.

Another excellent company in the right sector. Still, lotta overhead at 29, the site of the 100 ema. That will be an important test.
