Or how about bad loans to XRX? Or how about the fact that they are massively overvalued? There are lotsa reasons for GE to tank. Its day of reckoning will be nasty methinks.

i deeply distrust their secretive GE Capital operation...i think that's where their ability to manage earnings mainly comes from, as financail institutions have the biggest leeway in manipulating their numbers. what i DO know of GE Capital's activities doesn't comfort me at all...it's a ticking time bomb imo.

merging with HON is a pretty crummy idea too imo, but of course final judgment has to be reserved for now.
