Glass is half empty, eh SO ? I think it is a sign of a great bull market.

How can a serious minded fellow keep on bashing the bear drum when all index charts are screming buys ?? Of course, they are all at a resistance... So there is a reason for caution either way.

Flat is good. Cash is king!

well, i'm not surprised that the biggest market mania of all time has spawned such oddities...why, even PLANTS were trading the market early last year (it was in one of Fleck's raps: in Sweden, someone hooked up a pot plant with an electrical device and used it for picking stocks. the plant was quite successful for a while, similar to the stock picking monkey).

while these stories don't mean much in and of themselves, they do have meaning in the big picture context: they show how utterly CRAZY the bubble got at its peak...and the resolution of such extremes in speculation can imo only be a secular bear, one that destroys capital&hopes&dreams for a long time....
