The $15 to $20 rock value at surface seems to suggest there is a very good foundation here. To me this looks like a discovery.

Wouldn't the processing of sulfides (this is no surprise here) suggest a larger capex, rather than a higher per ton cash cost? Or would the later be significantly higher as well? Also what would the recovery rates tend to range on this type of mineralization? Wouldn't the oxides really pull that up? And, it would seem a high probability that this one will be large enough to justify the higher capex?

In terms of buying the rest of my position here, I suspect we will get the typical pattern after a discovery (FGX, or perhaps more similar to TNK at Vicuna): a little fade and a clear shot at accumulating it for the long haul, at next to nothing in the mid-20's.
