You're assuming that the only difference between the process at Fab 30 and Fab 25 is the copper back-end... but if I remember correctly they are also using a lower poly CD target on their copper process as well (~100nm gate). A lower poly CD target would also increase your bin split to the upper tiers... regardless, AMD seems to have trouble producing a 1.2GHz chip in volume... Again, if you'd like to have a serious discussion I'm game... if all you want to do is spout one liners and be ascinine, this may not be the board for you...
