Schmuck! The point is that the EMC shareholders do not want the shares and the MCDT stock reflects it and so do the when issueds (which I am sure you had no effing clue is trading 500,000 shares a day). Why the eff do you think the stock is down if it has so much growth ahead of it? It's supply and demand pure and simple. perhaps you want to buy some more?
