As if...

"All shareholders who have purchased Amazon Natural Treasures, Inc.'s stock on the open market must send in their certificates within thirty (30) days after which their current certificates may not be of any value or tradable."

Anyway, thanks for the news update, Arcane. Is there any rhyme or reason to 1 for 1.1?

Too funny!! Is the Crusher planning to present the SEC with an insanity defense?

1.1 reverse......send in your certs! Does this mean the '5% dividend...send in your certs' didn't work as expected?

Name change to Amazon Natural Treasures.com! Does this mean that they will be selling exclusively over the net now? Will this put downward pressure on those thousands of mall stores that were relying on sales of AZNT products to keep the doors open?

So, if AZNT is changing its name to "AMAZON NATURAL TREASURES.COM, INC." and shareholders send their certs to, as requested, "AMAZON NATURAL TREASURES, INC.", will they be marked "return to sender, address unknown"?

On a more "serious" note, last I heard, the DTC said it wanted nothing to do with AZNT. This means the only place brokers would be able to get certs is from AZNT itself. This means investors call their brokers, the brokers call Mike Sylver at AZNT for certs, get the certs, mail them to the shareholders who in turn mail them to AZNT where Sylver exchanges them for the new ones. Everyone got that?

But wait, it gets better. Sylver goes on to say "It is strongly suggested that if you do not receive your certificate from your Broker to file criminal charges with the District Attorney in your area, contact the Attorney General in your State along with the Secretary of State Securities Fraud Division." I can just see it now: broker calls Sylver for certs, Sylver says "#### off", broker tells shareholder the transfer agent won't comply, shareholder calls Sylver to complain, Sylver says the broker is lying and to file criminal charges against him. Sounds like fun!
