Tom, I believe that this division can grow faster going forward than the EEPD division. So focusing resources in this area seems wise.

I also believe that the management group that bought the EEPD division, did so at an opportune time for themselves. The problem that I see with the legacy software products is that they have a mature customer base which doesn't grow much. You have to beat on them just to get them to update to new versions etc.
