Addi,

I dunno where CSCO will settle, but at 12X Sales and 9X Book, it still ain't cheap. NT is now growing faster and its Price to Sales is 3.5X and Price to Book is 4.8X.

I say CSCO could be cut in half from here and still be more pricey than NT. CSCO doesn't have much optics, still mostly routers and switches, I worry that newer companies like JNPR (Talk about a crazy valuation!) and FDRY and EXTR may make inroads into CSCO's biz. CSCO's aggressive technology purchases are more costly than in-house development. I'm not long or short CSCO, but I do think CSCO has to erode further.
