Also, they had weakness in the enterprise market, specifically in the manufacturing sector. The other weak area was with alternative service providers.

Nothing new here IMHO.

CSCO still seeing tremendous strength in optical. Indeed, fastest growing industry segment seen by CSCO is IP plus optical.

Maybe that is why JDSU is bouncing back.
