Rande - thats good to hear, and I actually expected nothing less from you. I was sure you put the time in and had a good selection process. But just wanted to be helpful and ensure nothing slipped thru the cracks. I know how it can be at times when you have a million things to do and not enough time to do them all. i would agree - that if you had two bright leader types with opposing viewpoints on the same topic, that may indeed work well. A nice point / counterpoint give and take. I just know that having visited a few moderated boards here - sometimes you get a limiting of discussion or a quashing of opposing viewpoints. Thats what I think anyone needs to avoid. Shoot, even though I disagree with Softie being a perma bear and AS being a perma bull - i still read their posts and take what I can out of them. One can never stop learning and you never know where you may pick up some valid info. Thanks - and while you probably have a few of the folks I would consider leader types - I will PM you later when I have more time. gotta run now
