Did they state what their numbers were based on?

Thanks

Hi DON,

IBD February 6 Issue. In "THE BIG PICTURE"- "riskless principal trades" quietly went into effect thursday.

In these trades market makers match a separate buyer and seller without risking their own capital. Under the old rules such a trade was counted twice - now such a trade is counted once.

" This will cut the total volume by 8-10 %, acvcording to a Nazdaq spokesman".

Last time I sold some stock in the NAZ I felt like those kinds of trades were 100 % of total volume.hehehehe
