Considering that Beardown is suspended for 30 days for that post I will respond for him this one and only time with his permission.

He said you are correct that he got the subpoena from you. However it was not due to cooperation of SI. In fact Karin Schnieder from SI Legal said she would be faxing the subpoena today. He still hasn't gotten it. They did however forward the post which was stated in the papers. My opinion, if a judge looked at that post they would find no reason to release the posters identity. but you decide for yourself Message 9637294

Now the time for action is down to 9 days. I personally believe in the right to privacy. How about you?

Yes, I know Bear Down has all he needs to fight the subpoena, and that he doesn't need to, but it was no thanks to SI.

In fact, if I'm not mistaken, I believe it was you that was the one that was able to help him!
