Apparently INSP feels diferently, its not a reflection on you, nor is it your fault. However Why would BOB be fired, and you(less seniority)remain? Probably because your salary is lower, and INSP fealt Bob was expandable after you learned his job. I own resteraunts, once the chef trains the sous chef, I sure am not paying his huge salary for nothing. Again These are the realities of E-Entrepeneur's who havnt a clue how to manage real world biz. SI could be a gold mine yet I am sure it is a money loser. I would think Recruiters for engineers alone could have a field day here sponsoring stuff. There are more qualified Engineers here then anywhere I ve been on the net. How bout Selling Edgar stuff? SO many opp's squandered. It is to bad BOB was a casualty of INSP short sightedness.
