Thanks for the synopsis of the CC, Will. Very informative. The "uncertainty" will probably limit us for a while, as I suppose everyone is expecting. The integrated systems while having the highest margins will also be the biggest question. Their bread an butter has been sub-systems so there is always that to fall back on, though. This is the type of company I like - the chance of decent market expansion while having a solid related business. Re: "color and tenor" Artists and singers <g>. I guess "ballpark estimates" are out of vogue, although we haven't strayed too far from sports metaphors with color... Here's a semi-related <g> potential MKSI acquisition: sig-inst.com JF
