Mis, A good analysis about the options. There are a couple of other points. Issuing options reduces cash payments to employees, which is a plus. And, it can only work as long as the stock stays hot. If the stock goes to $20, key people are going to demand greenbacks instead of options.

Also, lots of employee options really bamboozles the P&L statement. Nothing illegal, but probably overstated eps.
