What we don't need are miscommunications. I try to state my opinion often and in various ways to avoid confusion later. Those who don't or can't read every post are at a severe disadvantage, since this board progresses forward with each post. That is why I went with a classified posting system, where within a board like this one we may have multiple conferences [each may be separately moderated]. . . then each conference may have multiple topics [threads]. . . .so discussion of a particular subject may go much deeper, over a longer period of time and be read FAR easier than in this linear format. While I am on the subject. . . . Some newbies here have given up trying to understand certain particulars of the thread, such as the 4DML. They claim it is too difficult to locate and read all the posts which explain and define this ongoing study. When we get to our new HOME . . . all discussion on the subject of 4DML, for instance, will be in a single location. . .making it easy to refer to . . . join in on the on-going discussion of . . . and simple to go back and read all posts from the beginning of the discussion, without sorting through thousands of unrelated posts which come in between. I could have gone with any messaging format. But chose this one for its particular usefulness to investors wanting to dig deeper into a particular subject. . . and for the ease of "catching up" to the current discussion. As of this post, a reader would have to read 46,831 posts on this board to be brought up to speed on our proprietary terms and colloquials. There is a learning curve involved. So be forewarned. It just takes a little commitment to learn it, but is well worth the effort, IMO. For those who may need additional help, we have designed guides for getting around [both for Managers and for Members], there are hundreds of pages of HELP online from every location within the messaging areas and we even have an orientation board for discussing the particulars. The trick will be in accepting it for what it is, rather than trying to mold it back into what we are accustomed. That may require a bit of coaxing. It is NOT an investment advisory service. That is an important distinction. Membership [similar to S. I.] is strictly for entry to a superior communication platform. But we're cooking up some new things that I feel will be of interest to all. And yes, once again, there will be MANY diverse views on the markets. Bulls, bears, disagreements, different schools of teaching, different styles of trading and investing. . .my HOME board will merely be one of several dozen boards. . . most led by different "specialists" in one discipline or another . . . and grouped together into "zones", which you can see on the temporary home page. I really wanted to try to get things open in the late autumn, but with the markets on the sharp decline, rather than the usual November bull market, it made no logical sense. Best to wait for the fallout, which we are now seeing in a big way. With investor interest in message boards in a major slump. . . . and with liquidity being added to the markets and interest rates on their way DOWN. . . .we are quickly approaching the PERFECT time for such an opening. It has also allowed me time to cut some partner deals, which will bring us all a few little extras I hadn't planned. So all in all.. . it has been for the good. Now back to work on things. . .
