There was an article in the L.A. Times today about satellite companies in the U.S. that have lost out on billions of dollars of contracts due to overly restrictive government regs that have lumped commercial satellites with military weaponry. There is movement afoot to get the laws repealed, but it's just starting. The U.S. makers have lost out to overseas competition. I don't follow VSAT, but it's something to consider. M
