I'm really not that interested in the PC industry, and don't really care about the week to week status of a particular PC product.

Then shut up about your DDR PC. If it's not an interesting area, then quit bringing it up. You're tripping all over yourself trying to convince us how well it works in PCs. So far, there are no major vendors offering DDR systems, and the DDR launch in PC systems is a bust.

PC's make up a small sector of the industry, and if DDR doesn't go mainstream there for a few more months, it really has no bearing on the big picture.

LOL! What BS. If DDR doesn't make it into the PC marketplace, DDR will be a major failure. As Pomp pointed out, it was certainly an issue for you when we were discussing the use of RDRAM in PCs. Carl is busy calculating % of total models for vendors. And as I said above, you're busy telling us every third post how well your DDR system works. It's too late to pretend not to care at this point.

And if it shows up in mainstream PCs, you'll be telling us just how big a milestone it is.
