CSCO...new add this am at 31.75, unabashed bottomfishing. Watching QQQ to see if it holds support at 60 or continues back down to mid 50's. Looking to buy it again on strength off a confirmed bottom (which hasn't happened yet). JNPR has support at 90-100 (I'm still long one position from yesterday's buy at 104) and a major support area at 75-85.

Negative sentiment on techs is/has been deserved but seems to be approaching "irrational non-uberance." The flip side of last March; I like it. Reminds me of the time during one of the old "gas crises" when my dad persuaded me to sell my absolutely pristine 1969 Camaro Z28 for peanuts.

The time to be bearish was at 5300 when nothing could go wrong...the time to be bullish is when nothing seems to be going right.

Have a great day!--Mark--
