Hi, read your post and couldn't disagree. This is a company that for 14 Q's has beaten the estimate, and now for missing by one penny, is being punished??

Cisco did not just "miss by a penny." Its inventories swelled, its receivables ballooned, and its operating earnings (as opposed to the reported earnings that include investment gains) have been stagnating for more than a year.

It looks to me that it deserves a p/e ratio of less than twenty. I will consider it a bargain, if it drops in the single digits.
