In fact, it would not surprise me if, one of these days, Uncle Bill was made an honorary member of the ANC, COSATU and the SA Communist Party. groups.yahoo.com Then we will have to address him as Comrade Uncle Bill. He may, however, change his name to Martin Luther Murphy. And he will go down in history as one of the great patriots who participated in the peoples' struggle against racism, colonialism, imperialism etc. And so, it looks like the big march of the goldbugs will not be taking place in Washington --- but in downtown Johannesburg or Pretoria. Who would have thought it possible --- Comrade Uncle Bill marching arm in arm with Winnie Madikazela Mandela! Truth is, indeed, stranger than fiction.
