Well, don't feel sorry for Jain. Jain is still in charge, and making the decisions. INSP has over $300,000,000 from GNET, as well as wireless, and BROADBAND info that they wanted....If you look at the July through October 2000 press releases, you will gather that the merger would be a LONG standing one....And BOTH parties knew about the general economic situation of the entire stock market....and had known since March 2000.
