Thanks for your reply. I am sorry for the assumption I made of your grandmother. Watching a loved on die is a difficult part of life. I am not sure what TIA is, I have seen you mention it previously. I witnessed the kind of tired which you speak of, when my mother was primary care-giver for my dying father. It was a blessing when he did die, the sorrow really only hit later, once the reality of his passing hit. Prior to that, there was much stress tending to his needs.
Remember to take care of yourself, as you will be of no help to anyone if you are not well.
