CSCO is going to wilt for the next two years, minimum.
dead money.

Analysts no longer trust Chambers, becasue he completely misled them. BAD MOVE, John.

CSCo CFO brags all the time about how he knows their complete fiancials up to the day by noon the following day, yet they said nothing to the analyst community about this earnings and revs shortfall ????

And after hearing him talk about 2nd half of 2001 and 2002, they know he is absolutely full of bs, because things are not going to get better in 4 months and the analysts know it.

End of story.
Victor

Actually, I do not have the time to follow the markets as much as probably you.

However, I remembered your post because of how bullish you remained on PMCS.

Do you still defend PMC's market cap as vigorusly as you did in November? If you thought it was a huge buying opt in Nov, you must have mortgaged your house recently to buy more on the recent pressure.

Do you really think that the economy will be as strong as analysts are predicting going into the second half of this year?

My guess is that they are just doing an exercise in damage control as they continue to sell into their bullish comments. 100 BP rate cut by the fed and the COMP is where it started the year. Does that not seem odd to you?
