By your definition of "not being aware", it would have been perfectly acceptable for someone to break into your house last night while you were sleeping, and put a bullet through your head. You would not have been "aware". What an asinine argument.

Awareness is part of the definition of being human.

For the sake of discussion.....
What about the handicapped child that is unaware?? Does that child reinforce your view on abortion?? Feeling that they should have just been aborted and saved everyone the challenges that they bring into the world...

Then I ask about the comatose child?? teen?? adult?? senior citizen?? Do we terminate their life because they are unaware of what is happening??

By your definition, these people lose their Humanness by virtue of their handicap or medical condition.
