justify bringing forth the death of those who have pasted the fetus stage??? As I stated before, birth is a much more clear event to base when a fetus becomes a person in the legal sense. Every other event is open to vast interpretation. With emerging technology almost every human cell has the potential to become another human life. I read about some studies where a human DNA nucleus was cloned into cow egg cells. The resulting fetus could be gestated in a cow. What would it be? TP
