Yes and i am sure it will. But that could be years away. In the interim if cisco resumes its path stock price will follow. 70 was too far too soon. 30 is just too far. Unless you buy the bear argument that cisco too big, phony accounting, will follow lucent etc. If not get positioned for the next upturn. Again dont fight the fed. Sometimes there is a time lag before that slogan is proved but it always is. Average price appreciation after second rate cut is 18.5% over next six months. Why should it be different this time?
