I see a decisive break of 2400 ndx cash coming today.

I think the March contract will follow.

I think it needs to drag down the Dow for that to occur. Some people are expecting a surprise rate cut next Friday. The Fed is an obsolete mechanism. Growth and inflation varies widely in the country. California, New York, DC, and other hotbeds should've had interest rates approaching 10 pct last year, while depression regions such as the oil, ag, and mfg areas should've had the low rates. Europe will find that out soon enough - but then that's what jiggering the CPI is all about.
