It is reasonable to think that God is not historically involved. I just mean to point out that there are prior beliefs in operation, that these things do not leap out as bogus on their own. The Neandertal usage is now standard, but it is a relative innovation, and I think the older term is respectable enough. For my part, if I want to say forte or junta, I say them. But then, I do not live in Texas<VBG>>... I am in pretty good shape, though still tiring a bit too easily. I am always grateful for a prayer, or even a good thought.
