MSFT trial is good news. Remember Judge Jackson was basically saying that the appeals courts judges are clueless.

That is why he tried very hard to push the case right to the Supreme Court---which turned it down.
The DOJ/States were hoping the Supreme Court accepted it.

Given the past history of appeals courts rulings and the enemies Jackson made in the appeals court,...IMHO... this case is over!!
..and of course, MSFT is a great buy.

TA, What i find interesting in this morning's trading is that while Cisco slowly deteriorates (relatively), the Nasdaq itself is not really getting any worse.

Funds may be using the general weakness to sell Cisco and pick up other stocks which are also weak this morning.

General weakness provides the opportunity to make these changes in portfolios. Some of that Cisco money may be going into JNPR or JDSU types.
Sooner or later, the market realizes that Cisco is not a true indicator for others in tech and start buying them up...while Cisco remains dead money.
