so what does that mean? it's out of your hands? it's going to be fixed? is there a time frame? there's nothing that can be done?

really, is that it? "we spoke with them on Monday"?

Scott....it's Saturday night, and the Reuters news threads are not timely again...GNET and SI Home page say last news was 3:something EST.... Any thoughts?

fyi, rtq's are still displaying intermittent problems. mostly seems to be when entering a new ticker symbol. doing so often results in having to click on "click here to try again now".

this condition has not changed since you "spoke with them on Monday", which was 2/5/01, and in fact, has been occurring since before that time.
