There are other possibilities for for SFF - 512 L2, packaging including heat spreader, Athlon with built in Northbridge, SOI version, pure silicon version, of course it could be just standard Palomino.

I am wondering though, why the price list does not include higher speed grades of this processor.

I think they are too cheap for that. If you look at the price of the 1 GHz Athlon Mobile ($488) it costs more than twice as much as the Athlon SFF ($233). However, the Athlon SFF is more expensive than the "normal" Athlon. I think it could be a version with larger 2nd Level Cache (512kb) and the new Palomino core but without reduced voltage.
