Obviously not. Very shoddy work by Bugliosi. But the Nation is hardly reputable. If anyone notices, he will surely be laughed at.

But there is a strong case for removal of the four rogue judges from the thoroughly discredited FL Supreme Court.

Scalia will be the next Chief Justice.

Can I give you a clue? You really seem to need one.
There is a perfectly legitimate and rational argument that the court was interpreting the Constitution and applying it to a specific situation- -in other words, doing their job.
Impeachment? Give it up. It ain't gonna happen no matter how much you want it. In the inner recesses of your heart, you know that.

want to know when the court really twisted and distorted the Constitution and legislated from the bench? Roe v. Wade.
And BTW, I'm pro-choice. But that doesn't mean I have to be blind to outrageous judicial activism when it occurs.

Most people have accepted that Bush is President of the United States and have gotten on with their lives. Maybe you should work on that, instead of increasing that bitter vitriol.
