I am confused. You laid out a case for some person named X being this individual. Then you back peddle and say it is Viperchick talking like this: Message 15313783 Still others feel it is a man asking a poster for a "F". Does this mean you think Viperchick is a man?? You do realize that Anthony@Pacific set about to intentionally invade her privacy by posting a picture that he alleges is her and invited people to stalk her and take photos... and that picture appeared to be female. I guess you could always claim that Viperchick is a transvestite and the picture was really a man dressed as a woman...or perhaps that really wasn't her photo and "she" is really a "he" . If you had to risk your reputation as a lawyer - which accusation would you be willing to risk your legal reputation as an officer of the court?
