That could be considered supporting evidence for Pete's conjecture, an idea I have become enamored with.

The (with heat) Sink but Fan Free?

That sounds great, and I would gladly pay the premium. Considering the headaches and number of dead processors after a CPU fan failure is a compelling incentive.

Subject: x86-64 Developer Meeting in Prague

We will have a x86-64 meeting in Prague in March. The main topics
will be discussion of the current state and of further work for Linux
on AMD's upcoming 64 bit x86-64 processor - and some;-) hacking.

I'm inviting every developer that's interested in working on
Linux/x86-64 to participate.
