Are you serious?! You really don't think a p/e of 100 is high considering it's growth rate?

No

Yes. No.

The last quarterly report had revenue growth of 109% and earnings
growth of 128% - if you look at this point in time and last demonstrated
revenue/earnings, they are trading at a PE *BELOW* their demonstrated
growth rate for this point in time, for the fiscal year ending this spring.

We are talking just their growth rate, not even a multiple of their
growth rate. This is undervalued to me.

If they come out tomorrow and say forward guidance is 50% rev/earnings
growth, then a PE of 100 is more palatable to me.

I don't get it? I hear all these people complaining about a high growth companies P/E. Now we got plenty of non high growth companies with P/E's well over double their growth rate. IP at 76 P/E, 4.88% LT growth. K at 18.66 P/E, 8.5% LT growth rate. MMM 24 P/E, 11.88% LT growth rate. What ever happened to a PEG ratio? And nobody disagrees that the estimated long term growth for NTAP is extremely conservative.....
