i'm not blaming them for the slowdown actually...i'm blaming them for the bubble that preceded the slowdown, and the outcome after such a bubble bursts is ALWAYS the same, i.e. it's more than likely not within their power anymore to materially influence the course of the ship.

it's like trying to change the course of the Titanic AFTER the iceberg has been hit.
