dude...Inventory problems are everywhere, which means who is next to warn in the comm. chip sector???? It's not PMCS and it's not AMCC. They've already warned!!! Someone call IR and see what they have to say. I don't see how they could say things are all roses. ---- just saw this: 12:27 ET Broadcom (BRCM) 83 -9 1/2: Hearing from sources at BofA Securities that BRCM said at the BofA conference that it would not be able to give as strong upward guidance going forward due to economic conditions; talk of this comment seems to be prompting rumors that they will guide numbers down, which is not what they indicated at the conference.
