It's a big enough indication and a small enough market cap that any success here would totally transform the company. The reason for caution is just that other pharmas seem to be having trouble here - doesn't mean that Scios's compound might not be fine. (I'm not sure what the nature of the tox problems that others have been having is). This is an area I have only minimal familiarity with, so comments from the more informed amongst us would be welcome. Peter
