Currently short: emlx at 96,amat at 48, nvls at 41,sdli at 198,chkp at 146 and 144,idph at 48 and 60, osip at 56, beas at 64, itwo at 54, brcd at 79. I am also long more sdli, and emlx, than I am short. The biotechs have been a bitch to short but they are more absurdly priced than any e bus ever dreamed of being. Well, maybe not dreamed.

(chkp splits next week and brcd is added to the 100 inex so they are problematic)

Got burned shorting idph twice before and had a short on lwin that didn't work. It's the high pe, one-day-I may-be-and-probably-will-be-a-gorilla techs that have been a slam dunk to short. And these will be the biggest winners by 2005.

This is a sick business. I am thoroughly disgusted. The more dumb as hell I feel a move is in the long run, the better it works in the short run.

HJM,re:"Know better". Didn't AG say, "there is plenty of
liquidity in the system?". What was he really saying?
And where is the money. Bezos has been profitable for
years since IPO, what's wrong with AMZN?
