this is dave1. Anyways, yes I agree about the economy slowing, but how I interpretted that article was that Cisco used the excuse of the economy slowing rather than stating that their products are not competitive.

Remember what is called "The Asian Contagion", when every company used Asia as an excuse for missing earnings, however, some companies relied very little on Asia.
