"even if by some magic you knew the future growth rate of the little darling you just discovered, you do not really know how the market is going to capitalize that growth. Sometimes the market is going to pay 20x earnings for a 30% compounding growth rate, sometimes it is going to pay 60x....it all depends on the psychological climate of the time.....at 100% compounding growth, all rules go out the window."..The Money Game The above sums it up for me, RR.
