Eva, welcome to this modest abode of ours. As for "day trading", "the market made me do it", since last April, I simply did not have a choice, staying for too long in almost any position (except my dear MRK, of course, and now MO just joined the party) meant disastrous losses. I am quite happy avoiding the losses and if it takes to be invested 100% on the morning of January 3rd just to bail out after the feds give me a 25% present in one day, I sure take it...The days of buy and hold will return, but I am not sure when.
