Re: WCOM, they don't report until tomorrow before the open. Re: cap spending guidance, all you have to do is look at what their telecom brethren have been doing to get a read on that.

Lane, not really following WCOM all that closely. Pretty focused lately on the few stocks I really know and those bell-weathers that can impact the whole market. As an aside, my new philosophy (since there is no friggin' way I can even come close to matching Jenna's energy <g>) is to "KISS" (Keep it simple, stupid), which is what I tell myself all the time. So, rather than drive myself into a frenzy (not good), I am focusing on those stocks that have good earnings and outlooks and at least decent valuation. I watch quite a few but mostly trade a few. I need more biotechs and even some energy perhaps going forward, but a few tech names are doing the trick right now, as long as I am patient. I think the rare person can trade almost any number of stocks, but for me, it helps to know the fundamentals and trading patterns of a few stocks well, and then follow them with real time charting during the trading day.

PS--- I am always looking for adding really compelling bargains to my watch list, so I hope those that find some will let me or us know.
